The starting requirement
The building needed a complete roof upgrade before a new tenant took occupation. The brief combined protection of the internal environment with long-term weathering, thermal performance, regulatory compliance and a system warranty.

Turnkey scope and selected system
TCR coordinated licensed asbestos-cement roof removal, roof-system design and specification, materials, labour, health and safety, subcontractors and site management. The replacement specification used the Euroclad Refresh – Elite 1 Style system, selected for long-term weather resistance, thermal and acoustic performance and future compatibility with solar installations.

Quality assurance and handover
Project-stage inspections were followed by completion certification and a 25-year unabridged system warranty. The completed roof prepared the asset for the incoming tenant with a modern, energy-conscious and solar-ready building envelope.
