Will the existing roof still need repairs first?

Damaged areas, unsafe conditions and details that affect the new system may require controlled repair or local work before or during overcladding.

How are rooflights handled?

Rooflights may be renewed, adapted or incorporated into the new design. Weathering, daylight, safety, fire performance and internal operation should be considered.

Can the work be planned around an operating business?
