Every requested survey combines a roof condition report with leak detection and investigation during the same site visit. The written report records accessible roof conditions, photographic evidence, likely defect priorities, the reported water-ingress areas and recommended next actions.

What the fee is based on

• Total roof area or number of buildings.
• Available safe access and working height.
• Standard or priority report turnaround.
• Any additional access cost that must be confirmed before the appointment.

A guide professional fee is shown before you request TCR confirmation. Intrusive opening-up, asbestos sampling, specialist testing and structural calculations are outside the standard survey unless specifically agreed.
