01
Three roofs with recurring leaks
Persistent leaks affected three interconnected asbestos-cement roofs totalling 3,000m². Repeated patch repairs had not resolved the underlying weathering and fixing failures, while the landlord ruled out overcladding.
02
Coating and gutter-lining solution
TCR pressure-cleaned the roof surfaces using contained wastewater management, prepared and coated the asbestos sheets and bolt fixings, and installed a seamless lining system to the existing gutters.
03
External-only work around production
The food and beverage facility stayed operational because the works were completed from the roof exterior. The final solution met the landlord’s requirement, improved drainage and provided a 10-year system guarantee.
