01
Leaks above a sensitive operation
Multiple leaks threatened high-value labelling machinery and a newly developed first-floor office. A full roof replacement was not suitable while the head-office operation and internal refurbishment remained live.
02
External-only refurbishment
The 1,000m² asbestos-cement roof was pressure-cleaned with contained wastewater management, prepared and coated with a liquid waterproofing system. Existing rooflights were replaced from the outside, and degraded bolt washers and other known failure points were addressed.
03
Continuity and guarantee
All work was completed from the exterior, avoiding internal scaffold towers and protecting the activity below. The project was delivered on time and within budget with a 10-year system guarantee.
