Should a water test be used?

Why does the roof leak only in certain wind directions?

Wind-driven rain can enter laps, flashings, vents, cladding interfaces or details that do not leak during vertical rainfall. Recording weather conditions can help narrow the source.

When does a leak justify refurbishment rather than repair?
