Do you carry out roof repairs?
No. This service is for complete roof replacement projects. Small repairs, isolated leaks and tile replacement are outside the current domestic offer.
What happens if the online price is below £10,000?
The funnel will explain politely that the project falls below the current minimum project size. TCR is focusing on complete re-roofs valued from approximately £10,000.
Can a garage or extension roof be included?
Yes, when it is replaced with the main roof. A standalone garage or extension is considered only when its size and scope produce a project above the minimum value.
Is the price fixed?
Straightforward roofs with clear dimensions and photographs can receive an exact online price. More complex roofs receive a narrow range before a free confirmation visit.
Is VAT included?
